Rate scheduleTwenty-four controls / Six programs

Every control, every unit, every rate.

This is the whole commercial offer on one page. Select the controls your estate needs, set the quantities against the unit each one counts, and the schedule totals into a single card subscription. Nothing here needs a call to unlock and nothing is priced differently for a buyer who asks harder.

Rates are live, not printed

Each figure here is pulled from the billing catalog at load time, so whatever sits next to a control is precisely what the card will be billed. If the catalog cannot be reached, this page shows nothing at all rather than a stale figure somebody might quote.

Quantity counts one named unit

Printed beneath each control is the thing its count refers to, which might be a lone endpoint, a single mailbox, one licensed seat, a cluster node, a company file, or an entire tenant. Units are not interchangeable between controls, and nothing is bundled into a per-user figure that hides what is actually being counted.

One subscription, one descriptor

Whichever combination you settle on collapses into one card subscription, taken each month before the period it pays for. However many programs end up on the schedule, the statement shows a single charge, a single renewal cycle, and a single descriptor.

The rate catalog did not answer. The published rates would not come back just now, and showing you a stale figure is worse than showing you none. Reload in a moment, or write to support@enterprisesecuresystems.com and a person will send the schedule directly.

Commercial terms

How the billing actually works.

Six answers to the questions a finance team asks before a card goes into anything, set out before you need to ask them.

Commercial terms for subscriptions purchased on this site
Currency and methodAll rates are quoted in United States dollars and charged to a payment card. Stripe carries out the transaction. This domain neither touches the card number nor keeps it. Invoicing against purchase orders and payment by transfer are not available on subscriptions bought here.
Charge timingCheckout takes the opening charge, and that charge pays for the month that follows. Each later charge lands on that same date one month on. Billing is always in advance, never in arrears, so a lapsed card suspends the coming period rather than leaving a balance behind it.
Changing quantitiesCounts are amended either in the client portal or by a note to the operations desk. Increases take effect on the coverage side as soon as they are provisioned, and both increases and reductions are settled on the next monthly charge for the period they apply to.
Adding and removing programsA program can be added or dropped at any point in a month without touching the rest of the schedule. Removing every line ends the subscription. Nothing on this page carries a term commitment, an early termination charge, or a minimum quantity.
CancellationCancel from the portal or in writing and the subscription stops renewing immediately. Whatever period you have already settled carries on, fully covered, to the date it was always going to end. Agents and connectors stand down at that point and not at the instant your request arrives.
Who you are contracting withCounterparty throughout is Fortify 24x7, operator of the Enterprise Secure Systems brand. That same FORTIFY 24X7 descriptor shows against receipts, statements, and refunds. The governing document is the Terms of Service, read together with the Refund Policy.
